Dawn Marie Devine and Richard Franklin Sieloff II were married August 31, 2014, at Sebasco Harbor Resort, Phippsburg on Labor Day weekend,with Maine Supreme Court Justice Joseph M. Jabar officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Katherine Joly Devine and J.P. Devine, of Waterville. The bridegroom is Richard Franklin Sieloff 11 of Detroit, Michigan.

Jillana Joly Devine, of Los Angeles California, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ellen Endres, of Saratoga Springs, New York, and Cheryl Nowicki of Boston, Massachusetts. Isabella Sieloff, of Los Angeles, was flower girl.

William Sieloff, the groom’s brother of Long Beach, California, was best man, with Marc Clebanoff and Daniel Brodo, of Los Angeles, serving as groomsmen.

The reception was also held at Sebasco Harbor Resort.

Dawn Marie is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, class of 1994, and is employed by Alexander Street Press, Alexandria,Virginia. Richard is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and a former sergeant in the United States Army, and is employed by ABC Studio’s “Grey’s Anatomy.” The couple will honeymoon on a European cruise in 2015.
