AUGUSTA — A former city man pleaded guilty this week to unlawful trafficking in heroin and was sentenced to nine months in jail.

Ronald E. Wilson, 37, now of Belgrade Lakes, also was fined $400 for the offense, which occurred April 3, 2013, in Augusta. The sentence is concurrent with a 10-month revocation of probation on an earlier conviction.

A number of people were sentenced this week in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Luman C. Barnard III, 33, of Augusta, two counts of assault Feb. 18-20 in Augusta; 21-day jail sentence, $600 in fines.

• David Louis Bouchard, 52, of Belgrade, operating watercraft under the influence on Sept. 2 in Belgrade; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine.

• Caitlyn Bradley, 19, of Oakland, operating under the influence (OUI) and operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 23 in Oakland; $1,250 fine, 150-day license suspension.

• Kenneth T. Brown Jr., 28, of Benton, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Aug. 27 in Waterville; $400 fine.

• Dana G. Darveau, 42, of Whitefield, OUI and violating condition of release July 22 in Chelsea; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended (to be served in the alternative sentencing program), one-year administrative release, $500 fine, $467 restitution, 150-day license suspension.

• Joseph S. Fisher Jr., 24, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked and theft by unauthorized use of property Aug. 12 in Benton; four-day jail sentence, $250 fine, $2,000 restitution.

• Jason J. Forbus, 39, of Clinton, OUI and operating while license suspended or revoked and operating vehicle without a license (conditional/restricted) May 26 in Winslow; five-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $2,100 fine, seven-year license and registration suspension.

• Carl A. Jackson, 43, of Pittston, domestic violence criminal threatening June 28 in Vassalboro; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, two years of probation.

• Erin E. Holt, 41, of Oakland, forgery and theft by deception Dec. 11, 2013, in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, all but five days suspended, one year of probation, $2,500 restitution.

• Darrell K. Klawisowski, 44, of Gardiner, violation of protective order May 11 in Gardiner; 180-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation.

• Deanna B. Mason, 26, of Monmouth, unlawful possession of scheduled drug June 18 in Monmouth; 364-day jail sentence, all but 96 hours suspended, one-year administrative release, $400 fine.

• Jason S. McFarland, 34, of Augusta, OUI and failing to stop for an officer Aug. 20 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Ryan Anthony Quatrano, 26, of West Gardiner, criminal mischief May 13 in West Gardiner; $300 fine.

• Michelle L. Romagno, 35, of Waterville, operating after habitual offender revocation April 27 in Waterville; six-month jail sentence, $1,000 fine.

• Jesse Sanipas, 32, of Waterville, failure to disperse Aug. 31 in Waterville; five-day jail sentence.

• Bo Richard Walker, 20, of Augusta, OUI, permitting attachment of false plates and violating conditions of release Aug. 24 in Windsor and OUI Aug. 16 in Winthrop; 364-day jail sentence, all but 96 hours suspended, one-year administrative release, 300-day license suspension, $1,100 in fines.
