AUGUSTA — Charges against three people have been dismissed in Kennebec County Superior Court after the successful completion of a deferred disposition.

Zachary J. Jacques, 29, of Sidney, withdrew his guilty plea to a July 31, 2013, charge of operating after suspension in Sidney, and the charged was dismissed. His deferred disposition had been for 12 months.

Deborah J. Miles, 58, of Clinton, withdrew her guilty plea to a June 13, 2013 charge of assault in Waterville and the charge was dismissed. The deferred disposition had been for a year.

Radoslaw Kowalczok, 41, of Lake in the Hills, Ill., withdrew his guilty plea to a March 10 charge of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and the charge was dismissed. The deferred disposition had been for six months.

A fourth person, Michael W. Gibson, 29, of Augusta, was convicted of criminal mischief July 3, 2013, in Waterville after a successful deferred disposition and received an unconditional discharge.

A number of other people were sentenced this week in separate hearings held in Kennebec County Superior Court:

Matthew T. Campbell, 36, of Winthrop, theft by deception, Nov. 30, 2007, in Augusta; two-year jail sentence, all suspended, two years of probation, $1,000 restitution. The charges were pending while Campbell was serving a sentence in Massachusetts.

Tony Colon, 31, of Livermore Falls, assault May 7 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence, $300 fine.

Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 28, of Augusta, theft by receiving stolen property April 24 in Augusta and theft by unauthorized taking and violating condition of release Sept. 15 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

Ryan Gardner, 29, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 11 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release, $1,785.42 restitution.

Joshua M. Grant, 26, of Readfield, violating condition of release July 23, 2013, in Hallowell; $200 fine.

Christopher L. Hallee, 32, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief Aug. 26, 2013, in Vassalboro; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,354 restitution.

Steven Jasper, 39, of Augusta, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 13 and July 8 in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation.

Blair Charles Laubenstein, 31, of Hallowell, driving to endanger Jan. 7, 2013, in Farmingdale; $575 fine, 30-day license suspension.

Joseph McIntire, 36, of Fayette, violating protective order Oct. 3 in Winthrop; 180-day jail sentence, all but two days suspended (credit for time served), one-year probation.

Jeremy Miller, 42, of Winslow, domestic violence terrorizing Nov. 12 in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation.

Heather Gail Plourde, 30, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking and violating condition of release Aug. 12 in Waterville; 48-hour jail sentence.

Branwen Robbins, 24, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 10 in Augusta; 21-day jail sentence, $500 fine.

Christopher Charles Williams, 35, of Manchester, operating while license suspended or revoked, failing to appear in court and unlawful possession of oxycodone; $800 in fines.
