ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at Donna Marie Elliot, 52, of Skowhegan, was arrested and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating the condition of release.

2:55 p.m., Justin Edwards Stevens, 23, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant.

6:25 p.m., Jomes Cody Tilley, 23, of Hartland, was arrested on three warrants.

12:21 a.m. Saturday, Kelly-Jo F. Labranche, 18, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, operating a motor vehicle without a license and operating under the influence.
