FARMINGDALE — Hall-Dale High School’s Delta Prime Robotics Team invites will host its second annual Italian dinner and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, in Hall-Dale High School’s cafeteria, 97 Maple St., according to a news release from event organizers.
Tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children younger 10.

The fundraiser will take place on kickoff day of the 2015 season for teams participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition worldwide. The team will show the official video from FIRST Robotics in the high school theater, announcing this years competitive game; teams will have six weeks to design and build a robot player for the game before competitions begin.
