SUMMONS

IN WINSLOW, Monday at 11:19 a.m. Jennifer Harris, 36, of Vassalboro, was issued a summons on the charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of a fictitious or suspended license.

ARREST

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. Garner Donrrell, 24, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal mischief.
