Gov. Paul LePage is again trying to bury the poor. He is going to evict the elderly from their homes and drive the middle class even lower. The rich will be able to afford property taxes. After our governor gets done, the children of the middle class will suffer even more. The folks who work will still want to enjoy a home of their own. But taking these rights away from the poor will only harm the children. The rich will still enjoy these luxuries; the increased taxes will matter not to them.
Our governor claims to have been “brought up poor.” I guess he forgot where he came from.
