MONMOUTH — Theater at Monmouth seeks a non-equity, male actor between the ages of 9 and 12 to play the role of Mamillius in the 2015 Summer Repertory Season production of “The Winter’s Tale,” according to a TAM news release.
Rehearsals run for 10 weeks, June 15 through Aug. 23. Auditions will be schedule by appointment at Helen Melledy Hall, 775 Main St. The production will be directed by producing artistic director, Dawn McAndrews.
“The Winter’s Tale” is an enchanting story about the evil of jealousy and the power of forgiveness. Filled with mature wisdom infused with youthful optimism, the tale begins with a serious question, moves through lighthearted romance, and ends with a miracle.
