AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced this week in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior and Augusta District courts at the Capital Judicial Center.

• Robert V. Anthony, 33, of Portland, domestic violence assault July 10, 2014, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, up to $3,000 restitution.

• Andrew Brown, 26, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 14, 2013, in Mount Vernon, violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 14, 2014, in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but 15 days suspended, two years of probation; $10,000 restitution, $400 fine. Two burglary charges were dismissed.

• Todd L. Dodge, 42, of Wiscasset, theft by deception Sept. 11, 2014, in Augusta; 14-day jail sentence.

• Leslie F. Cimpher, 75, of Farmingdale, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release Sept. 23, 2014, in Waterville; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 26, 2014, in Augusta, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 12, 2013, in Waterville; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation.

• David W. Knox, 48, of Augusta, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 28 in Chelsea; 35-day jail sentence, to be served concurrently with another sentence; $750 in fines, 150-day license suspension.

• Iris M. Laverdiere, 26, of Skowhegan, forgery and theft by receiving stolen property Jan. 2-29 in Augusta; one-year jail sentence, concurrent to another sentence in Augusta, $1,031 restitution.

• Andrea Katharine Peabody, 30, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release June 2, 2014, in Augusta; negotiating a worthless instrument May 9, 2013, in Hallowell; 21-day jail sentence, $3,278 restitution.

• Justin J. Wilcox, 25, of North Monmouth, unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 15, 2014, in Winthrop; 30-day jail sentence, $400 fine
