Screenings for any child age 4 on or before Oct. 15, living in Manchester, Mount Vernon, Readfield or Wayne (Regional School Unit 38) will be held Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10, at Readfield Town Hall, 8 Old Kents Hill Road, Readfield.
The screenings are conducted to gain knowledge of your child’s growth and development, learn about the services of Southern Kennebec Child Development Corp., receive information about RSU 38 pre-K programs for fall 2015, and register to attend pre-K in the RSU 38 district, according to a news release from Mount Vernon Elementary School.

Screenings are provided by RSU 38 and Southern Kennebec Child Development Corp., according to the release.
