AUGUSTA — A Culinary Festival is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 4, at the Augusta Civic Center. The event is hosted by Kennebec Valley Community College and 107.9 The Mix.

This celebration of food and beverages will feature vendors from the food, spirits and home industries, demonstrations by KVCC staff and students, giveaways and more, according to a KVCC news release.

Admission cost $5, all proceeds will benefit the Augusta Food Bank. To waive the admissions fee, bring one bag (or more) of non-perishable food to be donated to the food bank. Admission wrist bands can be prepurchased at the Mix Maine Waterville office, 295 Kennedy Memorial Drive or, at the door of the event.
