The Cinderella Project of Maine will host its second Gardiner prom dress giveaway from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 18 at Johnson Hall.

Dressing rooms will be available, and there is no cost for dresses, jewelry or accessories. The organizers ask those who receive a dress to “pay it forward” and do a good deed for someone else.

Dresses and donations can be dropped off at several locations around the state and dresses size 12 and up are needed. Go to www.cinderellaprojectofmaine.org to find a site near you.

The Cinderella Project of Maine was formed in 2006 and held a giveaway in Belfast for 10 years before expanding to Gardiner in 2014.
