The Waterville Department of Public Works recently announced the yard waste disposal site is open for residents.
Yard waste, such as garden trimmings, small branches, leaves and grass clippings can be dropped off at the Public Works Department, 6 Wentworth Court. This drop-off service will be available 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday through June 12. The site will also be open 7 a.m.-noon Saturdays, May 9 and June 6.
