6:59 p.m., Francisco Fabian Amaya, 38, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence with one prior conviction and operating after his license was suspended or revoked.

7:33 p.m., Kyle Francis Rayeski, 24, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior conviction.
