Monday’s Memorial Day parade, which will begin around 10 a.m., will be preceded by two processions.

At 9:30 a.m. there will be a procession of veterans across Two-Cent Bridge, and at 9:45 there will be one at City Hall.

After the two brief processions, veterans, organizations and bands will gather at Head of Falls, off Front Street, for the 10 a.m. parade.

The parade, hosted by the Forest J. Pare Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1285, and will proceed south on Front Street from Head of Falls, then north on Main Street to Veterans Park. Mayor Nick Isgro and others will speak at a ceremony at the park, and the VFW post will host a lunch after the event.
