WATERVILLE — The Waterville Opera House will stage Neil Simon’s comedy “The Odd Couple” at 7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, June 11, 12 and 13 and at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 14, in its main theater, 1 Common St.

Compulsive neatnik Felix Unger (Bart Shattuck), is thrown out of his house by his divorce-bound wife. Worried Felix will try something desperate, his best friend Oscar Madison (Cory King), himself in the process of a divorced, invites Felix to move in with him. Within a few days, this mismatched pair is on the verge of mutual murder. Felix cannot abide Oscar’s slovenliness, while Oscar is driven insane by Felix’s obsession with cleanliness.

The Odd Couple is directed by Debra Susi. Other cast members include: Mike Berry as Speed; Juan Lavalle-Rivera as Murry; Jason Wilkes as Roy; Tim Croce as Vinnie; Juli Brooks as Gwendolyn Pigeon and Jeralyn Shattuck as Cecily Pigeon.
