Donald J. Currie, 47, of Winthrop, permitting unaccompanied person under 16 to operate an ATV May 15 in Winthrop; $100 fine.

Hugh M. Dyer Jr., 27, of Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property, priors, March 13 in Monmouth; 10-month Department of Corrections sentence, $1,569.20 restitution.

Patricia Goodwin, 29, of West Gardiner, domestic violence assault April 28 in West Gardiner; 364-day all-suspended jail sentence, two years’ probation.

Timothy S. Gray Jr., 27, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Sept. 8, 2014, in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, two years’ probation.

Sandra J. Morgan, 50, of Chelsea, protective order from harassment violation May 31 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Wilson Ryder, 56, of West Gardiner, operating vehicle without license May 5 in Hallowell; $100 fine.

Matthew D. Shaw, 34, of Burnham, operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction April 2 in Clinton; $150 fine.

Paul W. Thurlow, 26, of Durham, operating while license suspended or revoked April 3 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Jonathan Walsh, 26, of Charlotte, N.C., unlawful possession of scheduled drug April 30 in West Gardiner; $400 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.
