BELGRADE — Belgrade Regional Health Center recently announced the Living Well for Better Health class is returning this summer. Created by Stanford School of Medicine, the class is designed to help people manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, obesity and chronic pain. Working within a supportive environment, participants can learn the tools and techniques to take charge and manage their chronic conditions.

Topics discussed during this six-week course include depression, medication use, nutrition and communication skills. Classes run from 8:30 to 11 a.m. every Thursday for six weeks starting July 9, at Belgrade Regional Health Center, 4 Clement Way.
