Wood promoted to cadet second lieutenant
Cadet Chief Master Sargent Veronica M. Wood was promoted to cadet second kieutenant at a ceremony at the Augusta Hanger.

Wood, 18, lives in Augusta and is a 2015 Cony High School graduate.
The award was presented by Lt. Col. Scott D. Higgins, the director of Cadet Programs for Maine Wing.
