ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 1:42 p.m., Matthew James Davidson, 29, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and operating after suspension.

9:30 p.m., Chane Owen, 30, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for unpaid fines.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 1:48 a.m., James Brown, 23, of Clinton Avenue, Winslow, was arrested on Spring Street on charges of criminal operating under the influence, carrying a concealed weapon and an outstanding warrant.
