GARDINER — Lindsey Heather (Overlock) Williams and Joel David Twist were married May 9, 2015, at Christ Episcopal Church. Family and friends attended from Maine, Massachusetts, and the United Kingdom.

The bride is the daughter of Kathleen and Jay Hall, of Pittston, and James and Karen Overlock, of Fairfield.

The bridegroom is the son of David and Donna Twist, of Gardiner.

Jacie Lash, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Alissa Mank and Rachel Sargent. Joely Cote was flower girl.

Levi Capper was best man. Groomsmen were Jered Michaud and Tyler Basinger.

A reception was held at the American Legion Post 4 in Gardiner.

Lindsey is a 2010 graduate from the University of Maine, where she received a degree in financial services. She is employed by General Dynamics in Brunswick.

Joel is a 2010 graduate from the Kennebec Valley Community College, where he received a degree in business administration. He also is employed by General Dynamics in Brunswick.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, and live in Gardiner.
