SOUTH CHINA — Kaylee Porter had a goal and an assist to help the Erskine girls soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Lincoln in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B game Saturday. Abby Haskell had the other goal for Erskine (6-3-1) while Mallory Chamberlain chipped in with an assist. Cassandra Ray made five saves.

Christine Hilton stopped 19 shots for Lincoln (7-3-0).

HALL-DALE 2, DIRIGO 0: Thea Sweet scored two goals —one in each half —to lead the Bulldogs to the Mountain Valley Conference victory in Dixfield.

Dani Sweet and Bella Marino each had assists for the Bulldogs (6-2-1) while Hailey Taker had seven saves.

Mariah LaFleur had 14 saves for the Cougars (0-10-0).

WINSLOW 3, MCI 2: Jenna Petrovic scored the game winner with 9:09 remaining in the game to lift the Black Raiders to the KVAC B win in Pittsfield.

Winslow (6-1-2) jumped out to a two-goal lead following scores by Paige Smith and Paige Veilleux in the first half. MCI (0-9-0) fought back with two late first-half goals by Sydney Morton. Winslow outshot MCI 15-1 in the second half before going ahead on Petrovic’s goal, which was assisted by Smith.

Hillary Libby made six saves for the Raiders while Audrey McCannell stopped nine shots for the Huskies.

BOYS SOCCER

ERSKINE 6, LINCOLN 1: Luke Peabody and Trevor Hubbard each had a hat trick to lift Erskine to the KVAC B win in South China.

Grayson Petty and Jake Suga had two assists apiece while Hubbard had one. Denver Cullivan and Takoda McGraw combined to make two saves for Erskine (7-3-0).

Sun Ming scored an unassisted goal for Lincoln (5-5-0). Liam Brinkler made seven saves.

HALL-DALE 3, DIRIGO 1: Ryan Sinclair, Josh Berberich and Alec Roberts-Poulin each scored to lead the Bulldogs to the MVC victory.

Alex Guiou had two assists and Andy Peterson had three saves for Hall-Dale (6-0-2).

Dirigo dropped to 1-8-0.

FIELD HOCKEY

OAK HILL 5, HALL-DALE 1: Kylee Veilleux netted a pair of scores to pace the Raiders to an MVC win over the Bulldogs.

Hayden Spencer, Abby Asselin and Lexi Faucher also scored for Oak Hill (7-4).

Leah Allen had the lone Hall-Dale (0-11) goal while Kaylee Magee had 10 saves in goal.

MCI 2, WATERVILLE 0: Madisyn Hartley and Emily McAlpine scored in each half to lead MCI to the shutout win over Waterville.

Victoria Friend assisted on McAlpine’s goal. Mikayla Carr made two saves for the Huskies (8-3). Colby Dengler made 20 stops for the Purple Panthers (2-8-1).

LEAVITT 1, ERSKINE 0: Kaitlyn Leclair scored an unassisted goal in the second half to leaf the Hornets to the KVAC B win in South China. Haley DeMastio made nine saves for Leavitt (7-4) while Hannah Burns stopped 14 shots for Erskine (3-8).

FOOTBALL

TILTON 37, KENTS HILL 0: The Rams raced out to a 20-0 lead in the first quarter and never looked back to pick up an Evergreen League win at Burch Field in Tilton, New Hampshire.

Tilton improved to 2-1 with the win while Kents Hill fell to 0-2.
