An Industry man was arrested Tuesday night after a bail check conducted by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department allegedly found him in violation of his conditions of release and in illegal possession of a firearm.

Scott Osborne, 45, of West Mills Road, was arrested on a class E felony charge of violating conditions of release and a class C felony charge of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. The arrest was made at his residence after two sheriff’s department officers went there to make the bail check, according to a news release from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Osborne is being held without bail at the Franklin County Jail pending an initial hearing, according to the release.
