WATERVILLE — The city has an ordinance prohibiting parking on any street, between midnight and 6 a.m. Dec. 1 through April 1, 2016. Parking in municipal lots may be prohibited (when indicated by signs) in order to allow for snow removal operations.
The Waterville Police will issue notices to vehicles parked on city streets during the last week of November in order to make residents aware of the ban, and allow vehicle owners to find appropriate alternate parking.
