IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday, Grant Hutchinson, 55, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on a charge of theft of services.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 12:53 p.m., Shawn Allen Braley, 34, of Warren, was arrested on a writ.

5:36 p.m., Bethany A. Thebarge, 19, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and cultivating marijuana.

5:38 p.m., Tia Corson, 20, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and cultivating marijuana.
