WATERVILLE — Mid-Maine Technical Center held its Local Skills Championships on Wednesday, 170 Mid-Maine Technical Center students competed in their Local Skills Championships. The championships included 23 individual competitions in technical and leadership skills. Sixty business and industry representatives from the greater WSHS area served as judges.
The gold medalist in each competition has qualified to represent Mid-Maine Technical Center at the State SkillsUSA Championships in Bangor on March 3 and 4.
Students from Lawrence High School, Winslow High School, Messalonskee High School, Temple and Waterville Seniors High School attend MMTC.
