These days, I hear a lot about how both the left and the right don’t trust what is happening on the political scene today. The Democrat leading this charge is currently Bernie Sanders. He says he really wants to change things.

It appears that Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are fighting to be the Republican anti-establishment champion. They say they want to change things, too.

It also appears that a great many of the voters want to see a change, as well. Like I said, “appears.” Everyone is still focused on one or two political party wannabe leaders. A Democrat or a Republican.

In reality, no one is really interested in a true change. In order for there to be real change, one must examine the possibilities of something other than Democratic or Republican leadership. In this upcoming election cycle there is a viable third-party candidate for President. That would be Dr. Jill Stein of the Green Party.

I say viable only because that might be so if only our mass media would devote as much time talking about her as they do about Donald Trump. If you believe that Donald Trump, Ted Cruz or Bernie Sanders would represent the regular people’s needs, you should at least hear what Jill Stein has to say.

It’s been said that whomever gets elected will fail to deliver 90 percent of the promises made. Perhaps it is time to think outside the box and give someone else a chance to either fail of succeed. Maybe it’s time our media gave someone else a chance and started taking their job of dispensing information a little more seriously. Let’s hear more about a third party.
