DURANGO, Colo. — Samuel Barnes, of Topsham, graduated Dec. 19, 2015, from Fort Lewis College. He received a bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration.

More than 200 students participated in the winter commencement ceremony.

Barnes also was named to 2015 fall semester dean’s list. To be eligible for dean’s list, a student must carry a semester grade-point average of 3.6 or better in no fewer than 15 credit hours of graded college level work and have completed all work for which they are registered by the end of the semester.
