Saturday at 8:50 p.m., Richard S. Rogers, 46, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after police investigated a shoplifting complaint on Western Avenue.
Sunday at 3:59 a.m., Crystal Gayle Macia, 28, of Augusta, was arrested on five warrants.
