AUGUSTA — Police are seeking a man who allegedly displayed a gun to another motorist during what police describe as a road rage incident on Monday night.
A motorist reported at 6:27 p.m. that a white male in a dark-colored, lifted pickup truck displayed a weapon, which appeared to be a handgun, while pulled over on the side of the road on Route 3 near West River Road, according to Sgt. Vicente Morris.
Morris asked anyone who saw the incident and or has a plate number or description of the truck involved to call the police department at 626-2370 and ask for Officer Michael Unterkoefler.
The truck was last seen headed toward Sidney on West River Road.
