BINGHAM — Buckfield scored four runs in the sixth inning, but Valley held the visitors off the board and held on for the 6-5 East/West Conference win on Saturday afternoon.
Cody Laweryson pitched the seventh inning to earn the save and also had three doubles, two RBIs and scored three times for Valley (11-1). Collin Miller added a single and two RBIs.
Jacob Albert and Dylan Harvey each had two singles for Buckfield (6-9).
