AUGUSTA — Sen. Scott Cyrway, R-Benton, presented a legislative sentiment July 15 to Craig Johnson, of Benton, honoring Johnson’s retirement after 28 years in law enforcement.
Johnson most recently served as the Chief of Police for the Clinton Police Department for six years. He began his career with the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department and has also worked for the police departments of Damariscotta and Newport.
