LEWISTON — Cari Hopkins scored three goals and added an assist to lead Cony past Lewiston 7-0 in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A field hockey action Thursday.

Delaney Keithley (two goals, assist), Molly Silsby and Sydney Halle rounded out the scoring for Cony (7-2-2), while Kami Lambert (two), Danielle Brox and MacKenzie Lewis added assists.

Jacki Carlson and Jessica Lee (one save) split goaltending duties for the Rams, who were up 3-0 at halftime. Ashley Cronkhite made 15 saves for Lewiston (0-11-0).

GARDINER 6, ERSKINE 0: Hailee Lovely had a hat trick to spark the Tigers to the KVAC B win in South China.

Madelin Walker, Jillian Bisson and Sarah Morgan had the other goals for Gardiner (11-0). Avery Backus made five saves.

Hannah Burns stopped 17 shots for Erskine (4-7).

OAK HILL 8, HALL-DALE 0: The Raiders got a dominant Mountain Valley Conference win, but the story of the day was visiting Hall Dale keeper Kaylee Magee, who made an amazing 40 saves in a losing effort.

Erika Hannigan, Meagan Sheehy and Addy Asslin had two goals each for Oak Hill, which improved to 10-1 on the year.

Hall-Dale falls to 1-10.

MESSALONSKEE 5, BREWER 0: Ally Turner scored twice to lift the Eagles to the KVAC A win in Oakland.

Chloe Tilley, Lydia Dexter and Autumn Littlefield each also scored a goal for Messalonskee (8-2-0).

Michelle Mayberry made 14 saves for Brewer (2-7-2).

BOYS SOCCER

WINTHROP 1, MT. ABRAM 1: Evan Allen scored with 2:02 remaining to tie the game and salvage an MVC tie with the Ramblers in Salem.

Brandon Baxter scored for Winthrop (1-6-1) on a penalty kick in the first half. Jackson Ladd made nine saves.

Xavier Romanoski stopped seven shots for Mt. Abram (4-2-2).

GIRLS SOCCER

MONMOUTH 3, CARRABEC 0: Three different players scored to lead the Mustangs to the MVC win with a balanced attack in North Anson.

Lily Clement, Tia Day and Emily Grandahl each scored a goal for Monmouth (10-0-0). Katie Harris made 11 saves.

Kelsey Creamer stopped 26 shots for Carrabec (2-7-1).

OAK HILL 2, WISCASSET 0: Rylea-Mae Swan and Halee Lair each scored a goal to lift the Raiders to the MVC win in Wales.

Lindsey Weeks added an assist for Oak Hill (7-2-1) while Anna Dodge stopped two shots.

Lindsey Gordon made four saves for Wiscasset (3-6-1).
