To the travelers on Route 135 on Sept. 15: Thank you so much for checking if we needed help after our tire came off on our utility trailer.
We lost the four-wheel nuts that were holding the tire and this good person went three miles to his home, took some nuts off his camper and let us use them so we could make it back to Augusta.
There are still good, caring people out there.
