Voters in Litchfield, Monmouth and Wales (District 82) have a great opportunity on Nov. 8 to send a fine new legislator to Augusta: Kent Ackley, a common-sense independent.
A graduate of Monmouth Academy and successful businessman, Ackley has an inquiring mind and the desire to craft workable solutions to the challenges confronting our state.
I have had the pleasure of working with Kent on a community project and have found him to be a good listener and creative problem-solver. He enjoys working with people of different party affiliations and has a positive, let’s-get-the-job-done attitude.
