WATERVILLE — Medicare 101 Clinics are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, and Friday, Feb. 24, at Spectrum Generations Muskie Community Center, 38 Gold St. Donations are accepted and appreciated.
Medicare has four parts: A, B, C and D. Part A is hospital insurance, Part B is medical insurance, Part C is Medicare Advantage Plans, and Part D is for prescription drugs.
The difference between a Medigap Plan and a Medicare Advantage Plan will be discussed as well as How to enroll; what services are covered; and what the cost is for Medicare?
Pre-registration is required; call 873-4745 to register.
Those who require a translator, are asked to notify the center at least two weeks prior to the event so arrangements can be made.
