WAYNE — Cary Memorial Library’s Aldo Leopold Project program and lunch will begin at noon Saturday, March 18, at the Williams House, 14 Old Winthrop Road.

The program is a celebration of the life of Leopold, an ecological pioneer and influential conservationist.

After a brief introduction to Leopold’s work, writing and philosophy, volunteers from the audience will read excerpts from his books. A light lunch of soup or quiche will be available at noon. Suggested donation is $5.

The books will be on display March 11-25 at the library.
