MANCHESTER, N.H. — Kylee Granholm, of Augusta, was one of 66 senior nursing students recently presented with their nursing pin in a ceremony dating to 1860 at Saint Anselm College. The pin is a symbol of nurses’ preparedness to serve as compassionate caregivers.

The ceremony celebrates the seniors’ pending completion of the highly respected and rigorous nursing program. Upon completion of their program, the students were awarded the credential of bachelor of science in nursing on May 19.

Upon completion of a licensing examination, the graduates will have earned the credential of Registered Nurses.
