CANTON, N.Y. — Isaac H. Gingras, of Augusta, was inducted into the St. Lawrence University chapter of Theta Alpha Kappa, the national honorary society for religious studies and theology.

Gingras is a junior studying government. He attended Cony High School.

Students must have completed a minimum of three semesters at St. Lawrence and three units in religious or theological studies, attained a grade point average of at least 3.5 in their religious or theological studies courses, and have earned an overall GPA of at least a 3.0.
