ARRESTS

AUGUSTA

Friday at 9:23 a.m., Patrick W. Hotchkiss, 57, was arrested on Swan Street on a warrant charging him with an unpaid fine for operating without a license.

Saturday at 2:22 a.m., Thomas H. Bowman, 65, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street on a charge of violating condition of release. The arrest followed a report of a general disturbance.
