Augusta Bridge Club

AUGUSTA — Augusta duplicate bridge club winners for June 7, were Nancy Lenfest and Nancy Lindgren, who placed first; John Erdman and Jane Elliott, second; Paul Sherman and Vern Arey, third; and Ron Cote and Bob Angland, fourth. Winners on June 8 were Dennis Purington and Glenn Angell, and Pete Snell and Janet Arey.

Winners on Wednesday for north/south were Paul Mitnik and Paul Sherman, Donna Bartlett and Sue Kaluzynski, and Justine Angland and Nancy Glusker; and east/west winners were Diane Bishop and Norma Blazer, Mike and Pat Quinn, and Jane Elliott and John Erdman. Winners on Thursda were Patricia Damon and David Offer, Sharron Hinckley and Anil Goswami, and John Anastasio and Jan Arey.

Fairfield Bridge Club

FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield nonsanctioned bridge club winners on Tuesday were Diane Bishop and Lorrie Letourneau, who placed first; Barbara Terhune and Karen Torrey tied for second with Paul and Judy Jones; and Willie Pouliot and Jackie Chadbourne, third.

HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center, announced its recent bridge and cribbage winners.

Game day bridge winners on June 7 were Gerene Lachapelle, who placed first; Dave Lathe, second; and April Napolitano, third. The winners on Wednesday were Dorothy Murray, who placed first; Sally Nelson, second; and Sue Finn third.

Bridge winners on Thursday were Ben Parish, who placed placed first; Jerry Sandidge, second; and Barbara Parish, third.
