IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday, Valene Bachelder, 33, of Phillips, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear.

Michael Marble, 20, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of theft, driving to endanger, criminal mischief and operating without a license.

Jesse Dingus, 44, of Jay, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and failure to stop for an officer.

Saturday, Shawn Burnell, 23, of Industry, was arrested on a probation hold.

Todd Sullivan, 25, of Jay, was arrested on a probation hold.

Lauren Thomas, 24, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
