I am a fisherman of sorts. I fish the Belgrade Lakes quite often. I am writing about the boat landing at East Pond in Oakland. The make ready area has been changed, losing four parking spaces. Large boulders are in place, making it difficult to back up. Last year I hit one of the boulders, damaging my front fender. Oh, well, I will still fish East Pond, just not as often.
