FARMINGTON — Pie On The Porch, hosted by the Old South First Congregational Church during downtown Farmington’s Summer Fest, is scheduled for 1-4 p.m. Saturday, July 22, at the Holman Mission House, 227 Main St.

Musical entertainment will begin at 1 p.m. with singer, songwriter Chrissy Poulson, of Belgrade, at the helm as emcee and sound engineer. The entertainment lineup will include a variety of musical styles. Scheduled performers include Poulson, Brent Laflin, The Merry Plinksters Ukulele ensemble, Crooked Bill and Mason Strunk.

In case of rain the event will be held next door in the vestry of the church.

Home-baked pie with whipped cream or strawberry shortcake and beverages will be available for $4. Vanilla ice cream can be added for 50 cents.

Proceeds will benefit the church’s community service and outreach programs through the expansion of the handicapped accessibility for the Newman Wing.
