FARMINGDALE — Senior Tia Day scored four goals as the Monmouth Academy girls soccer team remained unbeaten in the Mountain Valley Conference with a 7-0 win over Hall-Dale on Saturday morning.

Sophomore Audrey Fletcher added three goals of her own for the Mustangs (3-0-0), while Destiny Clough made two saves to earn the shutout in goal.

Riley Johnson made eight saves for Hall-Dale (1-1-1).

ERSKINE 7, LEAVITT 2: Kayla Hubbard and Lauren Wood each finished with hat tricks as the Eagles cruised to the KVAC win in Turner.

Joanna Linscott also scored for Erskine (2-1-1), while Hubbard, Wood and Alana York each registered a pair of assists. Taylor Shute and Caitlin Labbe combined to make 10 saves.

Sophie Gilbert and Ally Ryan scored for Leavitt (1-3-0).

RICHMOND 6, VINALHAVEN 0: Caitlin Kendrick and Abby Johnson each found the back of the net twice as the Bobcats won the East/West Conference game in Richmond.

Leah Wescott and Aicha Chadly each added a goal for Richmond (2-1-0), while Destiny Anair registered two assists.

Jillian Davis-Oakes made 13 saves for Vinalhaven (1-1-0).

BOYS SOCCER

ERSKINE 1, LEAVITT 1, OT: Michael Sprague scored midway through the first half but the Eagles settled for a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference draw in South China.

Cole Desmaraus scored the equalizer for Leavitt (0-1-2) with less than 15 minutes remaining in regulation.

Brock Glidden assisted on Sprague’s goal for Erskine (3-0-1), while David McGraw made three saves.

MARANACOOK 6, MORSE 0: Senior striker Connor Stockwell had a hat trick and the Black Bears remained unbeaten with the KVAC win in Readfield.

Micah Charette scored twice for Maranacook (3-0-0), while Aric Belanger also added a goal. Charette and Mitchell Root each collected assists.

Morse fell to 0-3-1.

TEMPLE 3, RANGELEY 1: Will Paradis scored twice as the Bereans won the Class D matchup in Rangeley.

Sawyer Deroche also scored a goal and added an assist for Temple (2-0-0), while Nathan Riportella and Gabe Shepherd collected assists. Elijah Austin made five saves in the victory.

Ian Lillis scored the lone goal for the Lakers (1-2-0), who got a 10-save performance from Hunter Lowell.

RICHMOND 6, VINALHAVEN 0: Matt Rines scored four goals to power the Bobcats to the East/West conference win in Richmond.

Dakota Gilpatrick scored twice for Richmond (2-0-0), while Nate Kendrick picked up a pair of assists.

Joe Hopkins had 13 saves for Vinalhaven (0-1-0).

FIELD HOCKEY

LAWRENCE 3, MOUNT VIEW 0: Nora Buck, Macie Larouche and Elsie Suttie all scored for the Bulldogs, who earned their first win of the season in Fairfield.

Lydia Townsend assisted on Suttie’s goal for Lawrence (1-2-0).

Alexis Bowman made 19 saves for Mount View (0-3-0).

MESSALONSKEE 9, CAMDEN HILLS 0: Ally Turner had three goals and two assists as the Eagles rolled to the KVAC A win in Oakland.

Abby Breznyak scored two goals for Messalonskee (3-0-0), while Kaitlyn Smith, Chloe Tilley, Haley Lowell and Autumn Littlefield all scored once.

Jenna Stearns made 23 saves for Camden Hills (1-2-0).

FOOTBALL

MARANACOOK 47, TELSTAR 8: Skyler Boucher ran for a pair of touchdowns to lead the Black Bears over the Rebels Friday night in a Class E matchup in Readfield.

Boucher’s scores were from 4 yards and 18 yards out, and he also found Dylan Burroughs for a 22-yard touchdown pass. Garit Laliberte returned a pair of interceptions for touchdowns to lead the defense for Maranacook (2-0).
