ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Janessa Thomas, 27, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

Matthew Davis, 34, of New Sharon, was arrested on charges of operating after suspension, operating under the influence and trafficking in prison contraband.

Wednesday, William Sylvester, 43, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and probation violation.

Kayla Blais, 24, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 5:38 p.m., Kassandra M. Brown, 23, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Wednesday at 3:29 a.m., Zachary Michael Hogan, 18, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, tampering with a witness and terrorizing.
