SOUTH PARIS — Chris Marshall had a goal and an assist as the Mt. Blue boys soccer team remained unbeaten on the season with a 2-0 win over Oxford Hills in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Thursday.

Sam Smith had a goal for Mt. Blue (3-0-1), while Eli Yeaton and Hunter Bolduc each added assists. Bolduc made seven saves to earn the shutout.

Sam Morton had five saves for Oxford Hills (0-4-0).

EDWARD LITTLE 8, MESSALONSKEE 2: Jacob Perry scored two goals for the Eagles, who fell to the Red Eddies in Oakland.

Dawson Charles had six saves for Messalonskee (1-3-1).

Eli Thibodeau was among the scorers for Edward Little (4-0-1). Noah Sterling had four saves.

GIRLS SOCCER

MESSALONSKEE 3, EDWARD LITTLE 0: Lydia Bradfield and Edin Sisson each had a goal and an assist to lead the Eagles to a win over the Red Eddies in Auburn.

Caitlin Parks had a goal, while Brianne Benecke added an assist for Messalonskee (4-1-0). Hannah DelGiudice and Megan Wilson combined for three saves to earn the shutout.

Taylor Depot had 11 saves for Edward Little (2-2-1).

MONMOUTH 8, CARRABEC 0: Tia Day had a hat trick to spark the host Mustangs to the Mountain Valley Conference win.

Alicen Burnham chipped in two goals for Monmouth (4-1-0) while Audrey Fletcher added a goal and two assists. Abbey Allen and Emily Grandahl also scored. Destiny Clough made eight saves.

Ashley Cates stopped 26 shots for Carrabec (2-2-1).

FIELD HOCKEY

MCI 5, LAWRENCE 1: Addi Williams scored two goals to spark the Huskies to the win in Pittsfield.

Victoria Friend, April McAlpine and Jillian Frost also scored for MCI (3-1). Elspeth Taylor made three saves.

Macie Larouche had the goal for Lawrence (2-3) and Marian Ziasostowski made three saves.

SKOWHEGAN 5, OXFORD HILLS 1: Julia Steeves had two goals and two assists to pace the host Indians to the KVAC A win.

Emily Reichenbach added two goals and an assist for Skowhegan (4-1) while Alexis Michonski had a goal and an assist. Leah Savage made one save.

Brooke Corson scored off an assist from Emily Ford for the Vikings (0-4).

WINSLOW 4, NOKOMIS 0: Four different players scored to lead a balanced attack as the Black Raiders earned the KVAC B win in Winslow.

Anna Petrovic, Bodhi Littlefield, Silver Clukey and Weslee Littlefield each had a goal for Winslow (4-0-0). Cassie Demers made one save.

Chelsea Crockett stopped 10 shots for Nokomis (2-2-1).
