FARMINGTON — Marc Edwards, tourism and economic development professional, of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, will give a presentation on Cooperative Extension’s role and resources in tourism development in the Western Mountains. The presentation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Franklin County Cooperative Extension Office, 138 Pleasant St., Suite 1, Farmington.

A discussion will follow the presentation, followed by an opportunity to socialize and network with other tourism and tourism related businesses in the region.

Refreshments will be provided. You may enter a drawing to win one of two $25 gas cards. The presentation is free of charge.
