AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:

• Matthew J. Anderson, 25, of South Gardiner, operating under the influence May 7 in Gardiner, three-year jail sentence, all but 30 day suspended, two years’ probation, $1,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.

• Paul Burnham, 36, of Oakland, violating a protective order and violating conditions of release June 7 and operating after revocation April 27, all in Oakland; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, one year administrative release, $500 fine.

• Scott Kronen, 30, of Augusta, OUI Jan. 23 in Wayne; $700 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Sophia K. MacFarlane, 27, of Readfield, violating condition of release June 19 in Augusta, 24-hour jail sentence, credit for time served.

• Scott A. Mairs, 26, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 19, in Augusta; 10-day alternative sentencing program, $500 fine.

• Scott D. Smith, 26, of Monmouth, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 12, 2009, in Monmouth and OUI and operating after habitual offender revocation Nov. 13, 2008 in Winthrop; four-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $700 fine, $2,067 restitution, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Theodore C. Worcester, 21, of Waterville, operating under the influence June 5, 2010, in Sidney; 96-hour jail sentence to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
