TROY — The second annual open house chicken barbecue will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Troy Volunteer Fire Department, 719 Bangor Road. Cost is $5 in advance. Tickets can be purchased through the firefighters or by calling 416-7543.
There will be fire trucks, Smokey the Bear, Ready Freddy, bake sale, pie auction, Jaws of Life demonstration and more.
